If you are dissatisfied with the services HBG Advisory, please contact our HBG complaints policy & procedure officer.  We will carefully consider any complaint lodged. Take all reasonable steps to rectify the matter.  Engage an independent third party, where necessary, to advise on the claim.

However, should you remain dissatisfied with our complaints policy & procedure? Then refer the matter to the Insolvency Complaints Gateway operated by the Insolvency Service.  Complaints require sending to either:

  • Call the Insolvency Service Enquiry Line on 0845 602 9848 (Monday to Friday – 9 am to 5 pm)
  • Email the completed complaints form to complaints@insolvency.gsi.gov.uk
  • Post the completed complaints form to IP Complaints, Insolvency Service, 3rd Floor, 1 City Walk, Leeds, LS11 9DA
