They operate in various sectors including recycled materials, earthworks and hauling aggregates.The assets list some 400 pieces of equipment along with over 75 wagons.Fox also in the deal have absorbed their depot in Leyland.Now joined together, turnover expected to be £50million:Together, they form a business with a yearly turnover above £50m, 320 employees and a fleet of around 150 wagons.The group management team will consist of Paul Fox (Group Managing Director), Alan Fox (Director), John Flood (Director), Lee Stringer (Director) and Richard Hurt (Manager).Clive Hurt, the founder of Clive Hurt Plant Hire, will still maintain a role moving forward.Both brand names will be maintained, along with managing from their original locations.Close Brothers provided funding for the deal.Hill Dickinson acted for Fox Brothers.
